Engineering in Russia
Every set starts with design for a specific car. Our engineers choose diameter, width and offset, calculate the hub fitment and check caliper clearance — including big brake kits.
Before production you see a 3D model and approve design, size and colour. Manufacturing starts only after your confirmation.
Material and forging
A forged wheel is made from a solid aluminium billet compressed under enormous pressure. The metal grain becomes denser, so a forged wheel is stronger and lighter than a cast one of the same size.
The global standard for forged wheels is aerospace-grade 6061-T6 alloy, with the best balance of strength, weight and corrosion resistance.
CNC machining
The wheel shape is machined from the billet on high-precision CNC mills and lathes. This gives accurate geometry and minimal runout — no vibration at speed.
Complex designs with thin spokes and deep milling take many hours per wheel, which is why every set is made individually.
Finishing
Any paint colour, matte and gloss finishes, polished, brushed and two-tone. Colour can be matched to the body, calipers or interior.
Hand operations — sanding and brushing — are done by craftsmen: here quality depends on experience, not automation.
